Kolen is based in Goroka, Papua New Guinea and is working for an international NGO based in Eastern Highlands Province. Serving people in remote places through development programs ignites passion to serve people, giving birth to initiating this organization with colleague and former lecturer - Anna Bolland; at Aoraki Polytechnic, New Zealand.

With experience working for international NGOs and passion to create lasting senis (change) in remote areas; combined with the spirit to serve others and support from likeminded individuals, we are committed to make difference in little ways we can. And leave trails for others to follow in the footsteps and path that has being created.

Anna is based in New Zealand and is involved in many community initiatives. With her parents both being awarded with Queen Service medals, doing something that is ‘greater than one self’ is deeply rooted within. With a servant leadership approach, she strives to drive change where ever she goes with the hope to make positive and meaningful impact.

With a multi faceted career in management, business ownership, project management, marketing, strategy, education, governance and coaching, this project pulls together all of the skills and attributes to help bring this initiative to life. “I feel privileged to be involved in something of such value. I have a long friendship with Kolen and it is beautiful to bring something like this to fruition. I want to thank the remainder of the board for their passion and contribution.
